The Bentley has four distinct spaces, and picking the right one is really a question of guest count, formality and how much of the day happens in one room. Here’s how the two ballrooms actually compare.
The Imperial Ballroom
Our largest room — up to 500 for a reception, 450 for a seated dinner-and-dancing layout, or 480 banquet-style. This is the room for the full production: towering columns, sculpted ceilings, and the cascade of chandeliers that anchors the space. It suits large weddings, big corporate galas, and any event where the room itself is part of the entertainment.
Imperial Ballroom II
The same gilded character, scaled down — up to 130 for a reception, 80 banquet-style, or 180 for a ceremony. It’s the better fit for a mid-size wedding or celebration that still wants a grand-ballroom feel without the scale (or cost) of the full Imperial Ballroom.
Empire Room & Grand Gallery
A lighter, more intimate setting — up to 120 for a reception, 70 banquet-style, or 150 for a ceremony. This is where most of our ceremonies, bridal showers and mid-size social events land, thanks to the natural light and more personal scale.
The Courtyard
Our private outdoor space, up to 120 for a reception or 180 for a ceremony, with a fire feature for golden-hour cocktail hours. Many couples pair the Courtyard for cocktails with one of the indoor ballrooms for dinner and dancing.
Mixing and matching
You’re not locked into one room for the whole event — a Courtyard cocktail hour into an Imperial Ballroom II reception, or an Empire Room ceremony into an Imperial Ballroom celebration, are both common combinations. Our team can walk you through the layout options once we know your guest count and the shape of your day.
