Holiday party season books earlier than most planners expect. If your company is looking at a December date in Metro Detroit, here is what matters when you compare venues, and how The Bentley is set up for it.
Start with the headcount
The Imperial Ballroom holds up to 500 for a reception or 480 banquet-style. Smaller teams fit the Empire Room and Grand Gallery or Imperial Ballroom II, and breakout rooms are available when the evening includes a meeting, awards or a presentation first.
Presentations without the rental order
Presentation screens drop from the ceiling, and the audio-visual system is built into the room. Year-end recaps, award slides and video messages run from the house system rather than a cart wheeled in for the night.
Food from our own kitchen
The Bentley Catering prepares every course on-site: plated dinners, buffets, chef-attended stations or passed hors d’oeuvres. Corporate packages start from $45 per guest and include A/V, staging, service and on-site parking.
Easy for guests
We are on Biddle Avenue in Wyandotte with free, lit, on-site parking and full ADA accessibility, a short drive from the major Downriver freeways.
